At Vator Splash Oakland 2015, Thesis Couture took home the gold. Here’s the video of Dolly Singh, Thesis Couture founder, giving the winning presentation.
Thesis is the world’s first performance driven, fashion footwear brand. Using structural engineering, advanced material science and with a keen focus on human factors, our expert team has created a patent-pending internal architecture of core components to replace the century-old parts and processes still used in today’s painful high heels.
Thesis Couture competed in the Vator Splash Oakland competition through four rounds.
Among the judges were Erik Moore of Base Ventures, Paige Craig an Angel Investor, Maha Ibrahim of Canaan Partners, Noah Doyle of Javelin Venture Partners, Mike Walsh of Structure Capital, Tianxiang Zhuo of Karlin Ventures, Dave Samuel of Freestyle VC and Adam Smith of Bowery Capital.
Thank you KPMG, Kapor Center, Wendel Rosen, Javelin, Rackspace, The Port Workspaces, Alaska, Gensler, Parelius, and Bread & Butter for sponsoring!
