What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?

Any given day can be full of challenges but the thrill of doing what no one has done before can't be compared.

What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs/innovators make?

To not concentrate on what you can do better than anyone else.

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

1. When it comes to cash, plan for the worst, hope for the best
2. Remain true to your vision, stick to the principles of your original plan
3. When hiring, place high value on passion and aim high, never settle
