BigTime Software, Inc., provider of cloud-based productivity tools for growing professional services firms, raised $2 million in Series A equity financing from LTC Partners, Geneva Venture Investment Management and others.

Okta, provider of on-demand identity & access management for cloud/SaaS applications, raised $16.5 million in Series B funding from Greylock Partners, Khosla Ventures, Andreessen Horowitz and FLOODGATE.

Web analytics company Webtrends acquired Reinvigorate, a real-time analytics company, from Media Temple Ventures.  The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
