Brandnew, a startup that connects brands with Instagram and Pinterest influencers to deliver native ads, raised $845,000 from a network of investors including Berlin Ventures, PubliGroupe and Lukas Kirche. The company also received a $1.1 million grant from the city of Berlin.

Wakie, a wake-up call app, raised $1 million in funding from LETA Capital and Titanium Venture Capital.

Rockbot, a virtual jukebox solution for businesses, raised an undisclosed amount of funding from Universal Music Group, 

Jukedeck, creator of software that can write music, raised £500,000 from Cambridge Enterprise and Cambridge Innovation Capital.

Zuli, creator of a low-energy smartplug, raised a $1.65 million seed round of funding from Menlo Ventures, Winklevoss Capital, Logitech, DeNA, XG Ventures, FreedomPop CEO Stephen Stokols, and Hossein Eslambolchi. 

 Strut, a social shopping app, raised $1.5 million in seed funding in a round led by Khosla Ventures.

College counseling service Admittedly raised a $1.2 million seed round from Quotidian, RRE, Correlation, Joanne Wilson, and Shawn Byers.

Traklight, a provider of cloud-based software for identifying and protecting IP, raised $350,000 in angel funding from private investors, primarily based in New York.

 NeoReach, has developed a platform that rewards people on a pay-per-click (PPC) basis for sharing links through blogs, social media or other means. It is emerging from a trial period and formally launching this week.

Influence marketing company NeoReach raised $1.5 million seed round led by Founder.org, with Greg Slyngstad and Bill Veghte participating. 

Sales prospecting tool Datanyze raised $2 million in a seed funding round led by IDG Ventures, with Google VenturesMark CubanAngelListGil Penchina, Neeraj AgrawalJeff Epsteinand Kyle York participating. 

BugHerd, a bug tracker for Web developers and designers, raised $1 million from Tank Stream Ventures and Starfish Ventures, in conjunction with 500 startups.

 

Early stage

DreamsCloud, an online dream resource, raised a $2 million round from Sphere Capital Holding.

Korbit, a Korean bitcoin exchange, wallet and merchant processor, raised a $3 million Series A funding round led by SoftBank Ventures Korea and Pantera Capital, with participation from BAM Ventures, Bitcoin Opportunity Corp., Tim Draper, Pietro Dova and Strong Ventures.

Feedvisor, an algorithmic pricing and business intelligence platform for online retailers, raised $6 million in Series A funding, led by Square Peg Capital, along with JAL Ventures, Oryzn Capital and Micro Angel Fund.

Job recruiting website ZipRecruiter raised $63 million in Series A funding from IVP,  Basepoint, and Industry Ventures.

AirStrip, a provider of mobile healthcare apps, raised a $25 million round led by the Gary and Mary West Health Investment Fund, Sequoia Capital and Wellcome Trust.

Glassbeam, a machine data analytics company in the Internet of Things space, raised $2 million in a funding round led by VKRM Group.

Enevo, a provider of trash bin sensors, raised $8 million in funding from Earlybird, Lifeline Ventures, Finnish Industry Investment and Draper Associates. 

Ybrain, the creator of wearables for Alzheimer’s patients, raised $3.5 million in Series A funding led by Stonebridge Capital.

Plasticity Labs, which uses data analytics to measure workplace morale, raised $2.1 millionin a round led by Fibernetics Ventures. 

 

Late stage

Indian online marketplace Snapdeal received a personal investment of an undisclosed amount from Ratan Tata.

The Honest Company, a subscription service that offers eco-friendly baby and family products, raised $70 million in a round led by funds associated with Wellington Management Company, along with other leading public market institutional investors, and Lightspeed Venture Partners, Institutional Venture Partners, General Catalyst Partners and ICONIQ Capital also participating.

Dynamic Signal, an employee advocacy solution, raised $12 million in a round led by Rembrandt Venture Partners, with participation from Venrock, Trinity Ventures, Time Warner Ventures and Cox Enterprises.

Daily fantasy sports website DraftKings raised $41 million in a round led by The Raine Group, with participation from existing investors Redpoint Ventures, GGV Capital, and Atlas Venture.

Bizible, a provider of marketing performance management software, raised $8 million in funding led by Scale Venture Partners, with participation by Tim Kopp, Madrona Venture Partners, MHS Capital, Investment Group of Santa Barbara, and Rob Glaser.

Wikia, a web hosting company of community-based websites, raised $15 million in Series D funding from Digital Garage, Amazon, Bessemer Venture Partners and Institutional Venture Partners, as well as a group of additional investors “with strategic strength in Japanese and Asian expansion.”

Nutanix, a Web-scale converged infrastructure company, raised a $140 million Series E funding round led by “two premier Boston-based public market investors.”

Pluralsight, a provider of online training for technology professionals, raised $135 million in a Series B funding round led by Insight Venture Partners, with ICONIQ Capital and Sorenson Capital participating. 

Artiman Ventures, an early stage investment firm, raised $350 million in two funds, an early stage fund and a captive growth fund. 

Sofatutor, a German online learning platform, raised €3.5 million in a round led by Cornelsen, along with Acton Capital Partners, JCMB Beteiligungs GmbH and IBB Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH.

Iyzico, a Turkish platform for e-commerce sites to accept online payments raised a $1.4 million series B round led by 212 Invest, along with Pahicle and Speedinvest .

GoEuro, a multi-mode travel search engine, raised $27 million in a Series A funding round led by New Enterprise Associates, with Battery Ventures, Hasso Plattner Ventures and Lakestar also participating.

Lumiata, a provider of predictive analytics around medical science and patient data, raised $5 million  

Ticket search engine SeatGeek raised a $35 million Series B round of funding led by Accel Partners. Other participants included Causeway Media Partners, Peyton Manning, Eli Manning, Stanford University Athletics, Rob Glaser, Shane Battier, Mike Dunleavy Jr., Nas, Melo7 Tech Partners and existing investors, including Mousse Partners and Thomas Lerhman.

Subscription e-commerce company JustFab raised $85 million in a round led by Passport Special Opportunity Fund, with participation from Matrix Partners and Shining Capital.

IFTTT, a platform for controlling how iOT devices communicate with each other, raised $30 million in Series B funding led by Norwest Venture Partners with participation from Andreessen Horowitz.

Asian music streaming service provider KKBOX raised $104 million from from Singapore GIC.
