Called the Green Sephora by Forbes, they've had strong traction and retention since launching last August, with each box selling out and partnering with guest curator Alicia Silverstone.

Three years ago, Ms. Lassoff co-founded Tuesdaynights, a collaborative invite-only community of dynamic female executives and entrepreneurs in Los Angeles featuring speakers like Susan Feldman, co-founder of One Kings Lane and sponsors such as Tory Burch, Google, Demand Media and A+E Networks.

As co-founder and CEO of LovingEco, an angel-backed flash sales site for sustainable beauty and fashion curated by tastemakers, Ms. Lassoff helped promote conscious shopping, supporting emerging brands that are making a difference. Less than a year after launch, LovingEco was acquired by JP Selects, a platform for distributing sustainable products, co-founded by John Paul DeJoria, the founder of Paul Mitchell and Patron, and prolific humanitarian.

Ms. Lassoff was named one of the Top 50 Women in Digital by Digital LA, and is a frequent speaker and moderator, including moderating a panel on women founders at Silicon Beach Fest in August, 2016.
