What are the personality types of gamers and how do you reach them? Engaging your customer or employee requires more than just giving them a badge. In fact, motivations depend on personality types. Are you a socialite? Or maybe you're a collectivist. You may even be a scientist, but act like a politician. 

Jonny Shaw, founder of, and Chethan Ramachandran, founder and CEO of Playnomics explained eight distinct types of players and the corresponding games that attract them. Both founders spoke at our inaugural Vator Spark event earlier this year.
