Lookingglass Cyber Solutions, a threat intelligence company, raised a $20 million Series B round led by Neuberger Berman Private Equity Funds, with participation by Alsop Louie Partners.
OrthoSensor,a devleoper of Sensor-Assisted Surgery instruments, raised $19 million in a private placement of Series C Preferred Stock. Bridger Healthcare, Ltd. and The Tullis Growth Fund, L.P. participated in the round.
Aeglea Biotherapeutics, a biopharmaceutical company, raised a $44 million Series B round led by Lilly Ventures and Novartis Venture Fund with participation by UT Horizon Fund and new investors, including OrbiMed, Jennison Associates, Venrock, RA Capital Management, Rock Springs Capital, Ally Bridge Group and Cowen Investments.

Quickplay, a serive that powers premium video to any device, raised $57 million from Madison Dearborn Partners, Orix Ventures and Difference Capital Financial.
