What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?

Most rewarding: Having faith each day you are building something that could grow into something useful and fun for people
Most frustrating: Being patient with the pace that life unfolds, but if we fixed my frustration, I'd be getting older faster so I'm okay with this.

What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs make?

Its difficult to generalize across all startups because startups come in many various shapes, sizes, geographies, industries. And startup founders have different strengths and development areas. However, if I had to choose, I think not listening to your customers or advisers isn't going to do anyone any good. And I mean really listening.

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

1- BE the right partner that your partners/business needs
2- Keep resiliently innovating
3- Have fun. Laugh everyday because that's why we show up here instead of anywhere else
