What’s most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?
The most rewarding thing is seeing your products make a difference.A close second is making your ideas become a reality. The most frustrating thing is when people don’t share the same enthusiasm for your business that you do

What’s the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs make?
Thinking that it is easy or that it ever gets easy. Being an entrepreneur is the hardest thing you will ever do. But just like anything worth having, the harder it is, the more rewarding it will be.

What are the top three lessons you’ve learned as an entrepreneur?

1. You have two ears and one mouth, listen before you speak.
2. Be prepared to pivot.
3. Surround yourself with knowledgable people in different areas. It’s impossible to know-it-all, so don’t be afraid to seek out help from those more experienced than you.
