I want to invent something cool.
The most rewarding thing is seeing your products make a difference.A close second is making your ideas become a reality. The most frustrating thing is when people don't share the same enthusiasm for your business that you do
Thinking that it is easy or that it ever gets easy. Being an entrepreneur is the hardest thing you will ever do. But just like anything worth having, the harder it is, the more rewarding it will be.
1. You have two ears and one mouth, listen before you speak.
2. Be prepared to pivot.
3. Surround yourself with knowledgable people in different areas. It's impossible to know-it-all, so don't be afraid to seek out help from those more experienced than you.
I am passionate about the power of innovation to bring about positive societal progress. My fascination with programming began at a young age when I taught myself HTML and javascript by reading source code. I have since become an expert in php, jQuery, Javascript, MySQL, HTML, and CSS to name a few. I graduated from Emory University with a simultaneous Bachelors and Masters of Arts magna cum laude at the age of 21. After scoring a 175 (99.4th percentile) on the LSAT, I was admitted to Columbia Law School. I have since deferred my admittance there to work on my start-up venture.
I have been a part of numerous tech startups as the lead web developer and chief executive. I have successfully raised capital for various ventures on several occassions. My latest venture, AllowanceTree, is of deep personal interest to me as it has a clear positive influence on children's lives by helping them develop a foundation for a life of financial responsibility.
I am always happy to make the acquantaince of fellow entrepreneurs. Please feel free to contact me.
