Series A investors included founder John McIntyre, co-founder John Zdanowski (partner and CFO at River Forest Financial, LLC), and angels Mike Maples (Floodgate) and Darin Brannan. Reports say AT&T and Microsoft executives also took part in the latest round.
Both Maples and Brannan will be joining PixelFish’s board.
PixelFish produces videos for businesses at every stage–from pre-production (scriptwriting, casting) to field production (filming on location) to post-production (editing). The company specializes in corporate and local business profiles, product demos, training and education videos, and advertising spots, including TV commercials.
The typical turnaround for a video up to two minutes in length is approximately eight to ten weeks, according to PixelFish.
