Social intelligence company Claritics received $1.5 million in Series A financing lead by Cervin Ventures and TiE Angels.

Demandbase, provider of business to business marketing performance-improvement solutions, closed a $10 million round of financing.

Group Commerce, has raised a second round of more than $10 million.

Visa has lifted the veil on its new electronic payments platform, which is designed for point-of-sale payments and the ever-valuable one-click online payment option, as well as traditional retail, mobile commerce, and f-commerce (Facebook commerce).
