I want to invent something cool.

What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?

The late nights and late mornings :) I think the most frustrating is definitely the risk that you have to take, and the direct reward(s) is just having a working product.

What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs/innovators make?

Not going all in.

1. Dont be afraid to take risk

Jam Isaga Narte - Co-Founder & Chief Marketing Officer, Bezalel, Inc.

 Jam is a Cal State Dominguez Hills Alumna, class 2014, with a degree in Health Care Management.  As an undergrad, she participated in several research projects under Behavioral Science and Gerontology.  Right after graduation, Jam founded a hardware startup company that raised $132k in Kickstarter and over $1.5 million in seed investments, with 4,000 units sold to date.  Her company BEZALEL Inc. got accepted into the prestigious USC Viterbi Startup Garage Incubator program (only 10 startup companies each year).  Since Kickstarter, Jam and her team have been featured by major media outlets including the LA Times, ABC News 7, USA College Today, Tech Crunch, and a lot more.  The company has attracted the attention of product design and marketing executives of Target, Best Buy, and Apple Stores.  Jam has lead lengthy negotiation talks with these executives in the company's Marina del Rey office provided by USC.
