Vator.tv respects your privacy. The Privacy Notice below details the measures taken by Vator.tv to protect your privacy in connection with your use of www.vator.tv and other websites owned by Vator.tv. Information We Collect

Information you provide: You provide certain personally identifiable information (such as your name, contact information, other PII and other information volunteered by you) to Vator.tv when choosing to participate in various activities on the Vator.tv Sites such as uploading videos or other media files, posting messages in our forums or in the video comments section, entering contests or sweepstakes, taking advantage of promotions, responding to surveys, or subscribing to newsletters or other mailing lists. If you upload content to the Vator.tv Website, the content will be governed by the Terms of Use and any other terms or conditions on the upload pages.
Vator.tv Cookies: When you visit the Vator.tv Website, we send one or more cookies - a small file containing a string of alphanumeric characters - to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser. We use cookies to improve the quality of our service by storing user preferences and tracking user trends. Clear GIFs Information: When you use the Vator.tv Sites, we may employ "clear GIFs" (a.k.a. Web Beacons) which are used to track the online usage patterns of our Users anonymously (i.e., in a non-personally-identifiable manner). In addition, we may also use clear GIFs in HTML-based emails sent to our users to track which emails are opened by recipients.
User communications - When you send email or other communication to Vator.tv, we may retain those communications in order to process your inquiries, respond to your requests and improve our services.

Vator.tv allows other companies, called third-party ad servers or ad networks, to serve advertisements within the Vator.tv Sites. How We Use Information

If you submit personally identifiable information to us through the Vator.tv Sites, then we use your personal information to operate, maintain, and provide to you the features and functionality of the Vator.tv. Vator.tv may combine information about you that we have with information we obtain from business associates or otherwise. Your account name (not your email address) is displayed to other Users when you upload videos or send messages through the Vator.tv Sites and other Users can contact you through messages and comments. Any videos that you submit to the Vator.tv Sites may be redistributed through the internet and other media channels, and may be viewed by the general public.
We do not use your email address or other personally identifiable information to send commercial or marketing messages without your consent or except as part of a specific program or feature for which you will have the ability to opt-in or opt-out. We may, however, use your email address without further consent for non-marketing or administrative purposes (such as notifying you of major Vator.tv Site changes or for customer service purposes).

Vator.tv endeavors to ensure the commercially reasonable protection of user's PII. Vator.tv uses commercially reasonable physical, managerial, and technical safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your personal information. However, the Internet is an open system and technology and human operators are not infallible. Accordingly, we cannot and do not guarantee that the individual user information you have transmitted, including PII, will not be intercepted by others and/or decrypted or accidentally disclosed. We cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information transmitted to us over the Internet, and we accept no liability for any unintentional disclosure. Our Commitment To Children's Privacy

In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we are a general audience site and do not intend to collect any PII from children under 13 years of age, unless we believe such collection to be permitted by law. Our Site targets an audience that is over the age of 18 and some content may not be appropriate for all ages. Parental supervision is recommended.
