Unibuddy: Unibuddy changes the way universities attract, inform and recruit students by placing peer interactions and instant messaging at the core of its solutions. Unibuddy has raised $5 million in Series A funding led by Stride VC. Read more

Cesium: Cesium is an end-to-end platform for tiling, visualizing, and analyzing 3D geospatial data. Cesium has raised $5 million in Series A funding from Falcon Global Capital. Read more

Anvyl: Anvyl is a technology platform that uses data analytics to reinvent supply chain processes, making products better, smarter, and easier. Anvyl has raised $9.3 million in Series A funding led by Redpoint Ventures, with participation from First Round Capital and Company Ventures. Read more

Powerhive: Powerhive unlocks productive, clean electricity for millions of households and businesses in emerging markets. Powerhive has raised $9.3 million in Series B funding. Investors include Toyota Tsusho, Kouros, To:org and earlier investors Tao Capital, Prelude Ventures, Caterpillar Ventures, and Total Energy Ventures. Read more

PlanetIQ has raised $18.7 million in Series B funding co-led by New Science Ventures and AV8 Ventures, with participation from numerous other new and earlier investors, including Valo Ventures, Kodem Growth Partners, and Access Venture Partners. GNS Healthcare has raised $23 million in Series D funding led by Cigna Ventures, with participation from Amgen Ventures, Celgene, Echo Health Ventures, Alexandria Venture Investments and Gary Loveman. Stratasan has raised $26 million in funding led by Fulcrum Equity Partners, with participation from Frist Cressey Ventures, Blue Heron Capital and Bridge Bank. Read more

Anchorage: Anchorage is a cryto-native digital asset custodian that uses modern security engineering to help institutions safeguard their investments. Anchorage has raised $40 million in Series B funding. Blockchain Capital led the round and was joined by Visa and earlier backer Andreessen Horowitz. Read more
