Spur raised $8M; Flowspace secured $12M; Checkerspot landed $13M; Zencargo closed $19M

Skoove: Skoove is the easiest way to learn piano, with the world's first interactive online piano lessons. Skoove has raised €3 million from Caparuca, MGO Digital Ventures, Ringier Digital Ventures, Egora Holding, IBB Beteiligungsgesellschaft and High-Tech Gründerfonds. Read more

Spur: Spur is a developer of a SaaS-based human resource management platform designed to assist schools with human resource responsibilities. Spur has raised $8 million in Series A funding. Third Prime led the round with participation from Mark Bezos and John Griffin, founder of Blue Ridge Capital. Read more

Sword Health: Sword Health developed the first digital therapy solution that addresses the growing demand for physical therapy while reducing costs, empowering patients with their recovery and providing a rich source of data for clinical teams and decision makers. Sword Health has raised $8 million in Series A funding led by Khosla Ventures. Read more  

Flowspace: Flowspace provides on-demand warehousing for businesses. Flowspace has raised $12 million in Series A funding. Canvas Ventures led the new round, with participation from Moment Ventures, 1984 Ventures and Y Combinator. Read more

Checkerspot: Checkerspot advances in biology, chemistry and materials science are converging with breakthroughs in data science and unleashing capabilities they once only imagined. Checkerspot has raised $13 million in Series A funding. Builders VC led the round. Other investors included Breakout Ventures, Viking Global Investors, KdT Ventures, Plug and Play Ventures, Sahsen Ventures and Godfrey Capital. Read more  

Kindbody: Kindbody operates pop-up fertility clinics that feature feminist messaging. Kindbody has raised $15 million in Series A funding co-led by RRE Ventures and Perceptive Advisors. Read more

Stryve Biltong: STRYVE was founded with a passionate purpose: to create delicious and nutritious, high-protein snacks to help you curb cravings and achieve your fitness goals. STRYVE  has raised $16.5 million in Series B funding from Meaningful Partners, Pendyne      Capital and Murano Group. Read more

Zencargo: Zencargo is a logistics company that simplify global trade and offers digital freight services to help businesses thrive. Zencargo has raised $19 million in Series A funding, reports TechCrunch. HV Holtzbrinck Ventures led the round and was joined by Tom Stafford, a managing partner at DST Global; Pentland Ventures; and previous investors Samos, LocalGlobe and Picus Capital. Read more

Cytora: Cytora is a technology company that transforms underwriting for commercial insurance. Cytora has raised £25 million in Series B funding. EQT Ventures led the round, with participation from earlier backers Cambridge Innovation Capital, Parkwalk and numerous angel investors. Read more

Salary Finance: Salary Finance partners with employers to improve employee wellbeing by helping get people out of debt and into saving. Salary Finance has raised $32.8 million in Series C funding co-led by Blenheim Chalcot and Legal & General. Read more

Embroker: Embroker is the easiest way to intelligently ensure any business. By pairing technology and broker expertise, Embroker has raised $28 million in Series B funding led by Tola Capital, with participation from earlier investors Canaan Partners, Bee Partners, Manulife Capital Ventures, Nyca Partners, and XL Innovate. The company has now raised $42 million altogether. Read more  

EveryWell: EverlyWell is a digital health platform that provides at-home health tests and lab results. EverlyWell has raised $50 million. The capital comes from  Highland Capital Partners and earlier backers Goodwater Capital, Next Coast Ventures and NextGen Venture Partners. Read more  

Outreach: Outreach is a sales engagement platform that accelerates revenue growth by optimizing interactions throughout the customer lifecycle. Outreach has raised $114 million. Investors in the round include Lone Pine Capital, Meritech Capital Partners, Lemonade Capital, M12, DFJ Growth, Mayfield, Sapphire Ventures, Spark Capital and Trinity Ventures. Read more

Sila Nanotechnologies: Sila Nanotechnologies is a provider and manufacturer of revolutionary car batteries. Sila Nanotechnologies has raised $170 million in Series E funding led by Daimler AG, with participation from earlier backers Bessemer Venture Partners, Chengwei Capital, Matrix Partners, Siemens Next47 and Sutter Hill Ventures.
