TicketGuardian: TicketGuardian is a InsurTech company in the Live Events space. TicketGuardian has raised $8 million in Series A funding. The round was led by American Family Ventures, with participation from IA Capital Group. Read more

Omnivore: Omnivore is a point-of-sale integration API allowing uniform access to the leading POS systems. Omnivore has raised $10 million in Series A funding co-led by The Coca-Cola Co. andPerformance Food Group. Read more

Sea Machines: Sea Machines builds autonomous control & dynamic vessel management systems for commercial boats & ships. Sea Machines has raised $10 million in Series A funding. Accomplice VC led the round; other participants include Toyota AI Ventures, Brunswick Corp., TechNexus Venture Collaborative, Eniac Ventures, and NextGen VP. SonarMD: SonarMD provides care management for complex chronic conditions that use high-cost drugs. SonarMD has raised $10 million from BCBS Venture Partners andArboretum Ventures. Read more

24M: 24M Technologies develops energy storage systems for grid and transportation applications. 24M has raised $21.8 million in Series D funding co-led by Kyocera Group and ITOCHU Corporation, with participation from North Bridge Venture Partners. Read more 

K Health: K Health is an AI-powered health app that empowers consumers with health information based on the experiences of others.  K Health has raised $25 million in Series B funding. The round was led by 14W,Mangrove Capital Partners and Comcast Ventures; other participants includeLerer Hippeau, BoxGroup and Max Ventures. Read more

Avanan: Avanan operates a cloud-based platform to provide security solutions for public, SaaS-based applications. Avanan has raised $25 million in Series B funding from earlier backers StageOne Ventures, Magma Venture Partners andGreenfield Partners. Read more

Moonbug: Moonbug is auniverse of fun and safe digital IP for pre-schoolers. Moonbug has raised $145 million in Series A funding led by The Raine Group, the merchant bank. Felix Capital and Fertitta Capital also joined in the round. Read more

Byju: BYJU’s is an edtech company that is reinventing how students learn through its learning app. Bengaluru has closed on $540 million in new funding led by Naspers, with "significant" participation from the Canadian Pension Plan Investment Board. Some portion of the round also involved secondary shares sold by Sequoia India. Read more

Alphaslot: Alphaslot is building Asia's 1st blockchain protocol to enhance the fun of winning in traditional casinos worldwide. Alphaslot has raised funding of an undisclosed amount led by Sora Ventures, with participation fromCredito Capital, Shinobi Capital, Spartan Group, TRG and Primitive Ventures. Read more
