What’s most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?

Rewarding – My job is incredibly rewarding. We are building a business that positively transforms people and helps them through their recovery. We have former patients now applying to join our team.

What’s the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs make?

Hire a sales team too early. CEOs are the best saleswomen/men during early stage
