I am a(n):

Entrepreneur

If you're an entrepreneur or corporate innovator, why?

I want to change the world.

My favorite startups:

Lucid Care, Insight Timer, Airbnb

Why did you start your company or why do you want to innovate inside your company?

Because I experienced firsthand a need for my product

What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?

Frustrating- Things take longer than what you expect
Rewarding- My job is incredibly rewarding. We are building a business that positively transforms people and helps them through their recovery. We have former patients now applying to join our team.

What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs/innovators make?

Hire a sales team too early. CEOs are the best saleswomen/men during early stage

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

Focus. Excel in one vertical and then expand to the next
Meet with clients face to face regularly to stay top of mind. I read somewhere that 80% of success is showing up and it's so true. I fly to LA every 10 days and have developed some rewarding relationships with our clients.
