Cloud service commerce company AppDirect raised $50 million in a Series D round led by Mithril Capital Management, along with Foundry Group, iNovia Capital, StarVest Partners, Henry Kravis and Paul Fribourg.
E-commerce site Jet raised $140 million in a round led Bain Capital Ventures, with participation from Accel Partners, Coatue, General Catalyst, Goldman Sachs, Google Ventures, MentorTech Ventures, NEA, Norwest Venture Partners, Silicon Valley Bank, Temasek, Thrive Capital and other investors.
WedPics, a platform for sharing wedding photos, raised $6.5 million in Series B funding from Barbara Corcoran and Phil Nadel, along with Middleland Capital, WTI and several Bay Area angels.
