At Amplify, hosted by Vator and Girls in Tech, which was part of Thomson Reuters’ PartnerConnect conference, one of the more interesting panels was “Mixing business with pleasure: Do husbands and wives make great founding teams and partners?”

On the panel were women who started their companies with their husbands. They include Andra Davidson (A&E Networks), Eileen Gordon (NapaStyle), Heidi Zak (ThirdLove), Jennifer Wong (Alt21), Kristen Goldstein(BackOps). The moderator was Adriana Gascoigne of Girls in Tech.

One of the best lines came from Goldstein, who said in jest that her and her husband have a rule of “No typing while naked,” in response to Gascoigne’s question about work-life balance.
