What’s most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?

When you don’t fit the usual profile of start-up founders, being taken seriously as an innovator can be frustrating. Actually building something from scratch that resonates with people is incredibly rewarding and exciting…and, seductively addictive.

What’s the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs make?

Being too trusting.

What are the top three lessons you’ve learned as an entrepreneur?

Be thorough in every aspect. Take nothing for granted. Everything takes 3x longer than you wish.
