Most frustrating: Being patient with the pace that life unfolds, but if we fixed my frustration, I'd be getting older faster so I'm okay with this.
Its difficult to generalize across all startups because startups come in many various shapes, sizes, geographies, industries. And startup founders have different strengths and development areas. However, if I had to choose, I think not listening to your customers or advisers isn't going to do anyone any good. And I mean really listening.
