What’s most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?

The two answers are completely intertwined. It can be very frustrating at times when you are working towards a long term vision that you sincerely believe in, but wind up getting side tracked by all of the short term obstacles that appear before you.
The other side of that coin is that once that long, slow march towards a goal nears its end, the amount of satisfaction that comes from having gotten there is completely indescribable.

What’s the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs make?
Listening to doubters and nay sayers.

What are the top three lessons you’ve learned as an entrepreneur?

  • Do something you believe in.
  • Adapt.
  • Be willing to listen to criticism without taking it personally.
