What’s most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?

Nothing is easy about being a business owner or an entrepreneur, so being frustrated is really not an option.Challenges will arise but those are the moments when leaders rise and creativity is at its peek.

What’s the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs make?

Not focusing on the core idea that initially drove you to become an entrepreneur. Don’t let the side noise steer you towards the wrong direction. Stay true to your idea and focus on what you must accomplish.

What are the top three lessons you’ve learned as an entrepreneur?

  1. Never become discouraged
  2. Don’t focus on the word no
  3. You might not be smartest person in the room, but you can always be a great leader.
