Battle-tested ancient estate planning attorney for 37 years. Loves this line of work. Decided to clone myself and offer to all lawyers the world's best online estate plan document creation system. Had to become a designer/engineer/developer/programmer to do it. Like learning Greek or Latin or both! Now all designed and built and I can program with my eyes closed. Check this out. It will be huge. Ready for launch. Like an itunes store for legal docs! Competition beware. Quote_down

What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?

No problem. Just needed to find the tools on which to build the application. Found it in 2007, have been building ever since.

What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs make?

Haste makes waste.

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

Right is better than quick. Capacity never lacks opportunity. Delegating genius is inefficient at best, impossible normally.

Who the heck wants or needs your #@%! product?

Every solo lawyer or small law firm I have ever met. And I speak from experience having been in private law practice 37 years and having survived every technology tsunami since carbon paper and punch cards. First the quill pen, then pencil, pen, typewriter. NOW online interviews creat the downloadable document. Way too many lawyers struggle with this stuff.

Full bio
At this point in life you would think I am an old man. A young and energetic age 61. A product of a top prep school, formal Latin, French, was pre-med three years, top grades, switched to pre-law. Became poli sci major. Crammed all requirements into one year. Top LSAT scores and GPA all that academic jazz. Graduated with honors at a top 12 US law school in 1976. Private law practice forever in estate planning. Was a VP of a major national bank running a trust administrative unit. Decided to automate the cash cow core of my private law practice for other young or old lawyers to use. Too much need among the struggling general practitioners out in the world. Have now done so. Scalable replicable cash cow foreseen. Wake up! Don't miss the train pulling out of the station. Hop on board! Call me 612-250-4534 or [email protected]
