If you're an entrepreneur or corporate innovator, why?

I want to invent something cool.

My favorite startups:

personalRN, Amwell, blueapron

What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?

Trying to speak the same language as my developers. i think i spent twice the amount in resources with extra discussions explaining content in health care services.

What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs/innovators make?

Not having team members who see the same vision and become barriers to creativity

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

1. take notes on everything
2. attract and keep only positive people
3. there's never enough time so it's ok to take small steps every day
