Full bio

Global Policy Ventures (GPV) is a venture debt firm founded in 2008 that currently focuses on mobile, healthcare technology, and consumer related manufacturing, investing incrementally in subsequent rounds. GPV is creating “CITYFUNDS”, investment rounds focused on the private/public partnership with municipal and state agencies.

GPV’s staff is built by a seasoned team of banking, business, and investment professionals with years of experience in executing lending portfolios, reducing non-performing assets, and researching debt/equity investments for institutional & HNWs investors. GPV reduces investor’s risks by supplementing capital outlays with unrestricted grants from various government sources with partnerships with firms such as CommunityEquityPartners.

GPV works with entrepreneurs by utilizing a “hands on” approach when offering investment lending solutions; not only advising on strategic opportunities, but also working directly with entrepreneurs in managing expansions and improvements that GPV suggests.

GPV also understands public policy domestically and abroad, utilizing that competitive advantage to compliment entrepreneurs that have already worked with other venture or small business development sources to perfect their business plans.
