If you're an entrepreneur or corporate innovator, why?

I want to change the world.

My favorite startups:

37signals, LearnZillion, Lyft, Rocketship Education

What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?

I've felt extremely proud when my child & his friends play our products and show how fast they can learn with new technology. But balancing family and work is difficult; I've been frustrated when missing an e-mail from my son's school while dealing with forty other messages on the same day.

What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs/innovators make?

Listening too much or too little to that what other people say.

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

Be positive. Be yourself. And be open to all the serendipities on the road.
