I am a(n):

Entrepreneur

If you're an entrepreneur or corporate innovator, why?

A passion to start and create something that creates value to others

My favorite startups:

Zynga, Living Social

What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?

Things around you not moving at the speed of neutrinos
Seeing a multiple pieces coming together to form a finished product

What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs/innovators make?

Give up very easily

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

Entrepreneurship is a team game - build an internal (to company) and external (advisors and mentors) team to win
Entrepreneurs should have more mental stamina to weather the roller coaster drive
Understand the significance of family support and give time to them as well
