If you're an entrepreneur or corporate innovator, why?

I am bursting with ideas to be executed with bravado - and - I want to change the world

My favorite startups:

Meetup.com, Oyster, Symbid, Kickstarter, Tech Cofounder, ThankYouPages.org

What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?

Bureaucracy most frustrating and the delight of seeing the benefit users/customers receive is most rewarding, things working better in people's lives.

What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs/innovators make?

Underestimation of time and costs, over estimation of people's wish to be interested unless something just is...interesting.
Overcomplicating - which also includes perfectionism before movement takes place!

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

How wonderful it is to think "different" thoughts
Taking the time to enthuse and explain concepts
Persistance yet willingness to morph!

Why would someone invest in you when you are not a specialist

For exactly that reason. I am an expert generalist. Someone must see the big picture and stop to pick up the litter at the same time.
I can bridge any gaps, fill the voids between science-only and artistic-only temperamants and breed excitement and enthusiasm like a market pandemic.

Why would we choose you to lead our team

I have spent time with monarchs and bar tenders, company presidents and toilet cleaners and got them all telling me their stories, ending up friends.
I listen and blend what i hear and lead all the ingredients to result in the perfect pie!
I have a sense of humor and an ability to summarize and put things in perspective.
