Rob Theis invests in SaaS, Technology, Internet, Mobile and Media companies at Scale Venture Partners. He currently serves on the boards of BrightRoll, HubSpot, RingCentral, Scale Computing and Tapulous (Disney). Rob’s other prior investments include: JasperSoft, NeoPath Networks (Cisco), PGP Corporation (Symantec), Roamware, VanceInfo (NYSE: VIT), Vindicia and Wikinvest. 

Previously, Rob was executive vice president for New Era of Networks (NEON) and grew it to $200 million in revenues.  Rob spent 10 years in executive roles at Sun Microsystems, product management at Silicon Graphics and selling timesharing services for McDonnell Douglas Corporation (Boeing). 

In Rob's spare time, he is a Sheriff Cliff / Mountain Rescue Specialist and Rescue Diver.
