What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?

Gets lonely, but all ideas matter and the more ideas I get, the more I generate. What a beautiful thing!!

What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs/innovators make?

Hiring the wrong peeps.

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

Don't hire the wrong peeps.
Find your community- talk with other founders, they get it and will help you!
Let go of a schedule or being "normal". Nothing will be normal ever again- not your working/sleep/social hours, not your personal life, not your income, not your motivations, not your diet, not your exercise (do I really need to keep going?)
