· Expanded it into Video recording, distribution and author rights area.
· Led the marketing and business development efforts. Obtained Angel Investment in order to develop this startup into a real leader in state Bashkortostan (Russia). The company had more than 50% of the music and video market in the region (1997-1998 years).
· Identified and developed strategic partnerships with other music labels.
· 1997- Studio Solo won the First Place in Sales and Development among 500 start up companies in Russian Project.
Military industry
May 1989 – June 1991 (2 years 2 months)
Managed a small unit of troops to secure perimeter of russian ballistic missiles. Used Electronic Controls in discovering potential threats and neutralizing them.
Received multiple awards for excellence in using machine guns.

Worked as a maintenance technician to troubleshoot and fix electronic devices in Measurement and Control Department. Obtained 3rd class qualification (6th was the top). Performed daily onsite checking of the electronic devices in the plant (over 200 devices).
