Naturally ,I steered toward becoming an entrepreneur. I have launched two startups that help simplify lives of their customers. An open minded leader, thanks to a breadth of experience from managing Electrical crane operations in sizzling steel mills in India to fast past startups in the Silicon Valley to a mammoth Fortune 500  in the Mississippi Valley, I bring expertise in managing technology products, low-cost marketing programs and community creation.
I am the Chief Operating Officer for Agavey Incorporated (www.Agavey.com) a start-up company that simplifies the lives of homeowners by enabling them to purchase home improvement and maintenance services from local qualified service providers online. I have also founded TaxMunshi, an India based venture that helps Indian taxpayers file their Income Tax Return online in a few easy steps, eliminating frustrations of the manual tax filing preparation. TaxMunshi.com is now a profitable venture with over 10,000 users
I have a Bachelors Degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology, India and a Masters in Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University (CMU), Pittsburgh. I have worked with a Venture Capital firm in CA, an Incubator at Pittsburgh, been associated with startups at various capacities and with marketing of Fortune 500 companies including FedEx.
I live with my husband and 2 hyper-active sons in Germantown a suburb of Memphis, TN. I enjoy cooking and am an avid reader of non-fiction. I also love yoga, gardening and hiking.
