I am a(n):

Entrepreneur

If you're an entrepreneur or corporate innovator, why?

There is nothing better than dreaming, and then bringing that dream to life.

What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs/innovators make?

#1 mistake = they give up.

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

1) Its harder than you ever imagined.
2) It will take longer than you thought.
3) Tenacity is everything.

Full bio

Father. Husband. Sailor.

Being an entrepreneur is in my DNA and I love working with brilliant people to build teams and companies around world-class products.

There are a ton of parallels between sailing and building companies, I use sailing analogies a lot.

I value quality products, but value great teams more. With the right team you can accomplish anything and building companies is not a linear experience.

I'm always looking for great opportunities and brilliant teammates.
