What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?

Frustrating - disappointment. Don't start celebrating when you see the finish line - you still haven't finished the race.
Rewarding - SUCCESS!!! Small milestones matter.

What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs/innovators make?

Giving up.

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

1) Never, ever, ever give up.
2) You need a great team.
3) You can't steal second with your foot on first.
