What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?

The most frustrating thing about entrepreneurship/innovation is the cost associated with marketing/educating the public. The most rewarding is when the public starts doing your marketing for you via sharing with their friends.

What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs/innovators make?

Waiting too long to launch because they don't think their product is perfect yet.

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

Go lean, make small tests that won't break the bank but will give you qualtifiable data, no matter what you are selling customer service is always the most important part of your business.
