Jim's Real Estate career spans over 35 years.

Commencing as Raine and Horne franchisee in Newtown in Sydney's inner west. Jim worked in this area as it changed from a partial slum to a gentrified area of young professionals.

Jim was recruited to become Raine and Horne Country and Coastal Franchise manager responsible for NSW, ACT, VIC, and TAS opening new offices and training real Estate agents in these four regions for several years.

During this time Jim also co-ordinated the first DHA sales for the National Gov't at the time, as well as several national companies who used Jim's skills to co-ordinate selling hundreds of their properties nationally with the help of the Raine and Horne franchise National network. George Harrison (the Beatle) also chose Jim to sell his home on Hamilton Island in QLD.

L J Hooker headhunted Jim to run the NSW Franchise team for them, again opening new offices and training real estate agents.

A blimp occurred in his career during divorce which saw Jim move to QLD to be Franchise Manager for both ELDER's and PRD Real Estate over the next four years.

Back to Sydney in 1996 saw Jim open his own business The Real Estate investors Network (The REIN Group ) was born. This business ran successfully until 2010 when Jim's work collegues purchased the business from him.

During this time Jim wrote APPRECIATING ASSETS an Australian guide to making money and keeping it.

This Book is still in print and available on the net.

Jim now consults with numerous Developers on Project Marketing in Australia and Asia.
