Clive is a strong, hands on entrepreneurial and results oriented finance and operations wallah with US and European experience in Financial Services, Legal & Professional Services, Medical Devices, Specialty Foods and Open Ocean Aquaculture. During his career, he has built numerous cutting-edge financial management, executive reporting, business intelligence, customer profitability and key performance measurement systems; started and managed new businesses; and turned around ailing business segments. 

He specializes in advising early stage companies that have unique and scalable solutions to environmental and social problems and focuses only on companies that can make a difference while at the same time generating superior returns. In other words, doing well by doing good.

Clive began his professional career in public accounting, training with Hill Vellacott, the oldest firm of chartered accountants in London. After being admitted to the Institute of Chartered Accountants, he was engaged in audit and consulting engagements with BDO Stoy Hayward in London and KPMG Peat Marwick in Italy. He has held senior financial executive positions at JP Morgan Chase and Dechert LLP, has founded, grown and sold a business, and is actively involved as an advisor to early stage business ventures. Clive is also an adjunct professor at Stony Brook University Graduate School of Business.

He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales, a graduate of the Harvard Business School Program for Management Development and is a graduate of the Executive MBA Program at Stony Brook University Graduate School of Business.
