The Most Frustrating thing about an unfunded Startup is Cash Flow Management and Working with People that you shouldn't because you need the business.

The most rewarding thing is everything there are no limits. It is not bound by limitation each day is new and has different challenges. The people are amazing too! Working

there are too many to describe just one. it is a series of assumptions and poor decisions that lead to failure but the number one mistake is quitting if you never quit you will never fail.

Also not letting old assumptions go when new evidence shows differently

No matter how good a Technology is it needs a good Sales person.
Marketing Costs Money, Most of which will be ineffective, Eyes cost Money.
