Most Frustrating - I can never acheive all the goals I want due to lack of financial resources...
Most Rewarding - building an idea into reality and seeing how it has helped people in their daily lives!

Thinking they know everything about everything - not truly considering the ideas and inputs of others (after all, they are your market!)
