If you're an entrepreneur or corporate innovator, why?

I want to be my own boss, and be in control.

What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?

Most frustrating:
Nobody want's to listen to you when you are completely new. Some does but don't want to risk a penny

Most Rewarding:
Seeing the product I have created is doing wonders to the business

What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs/innovators make?

Not working hard enough to sale and spend without knowing ROI

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

1) Stay disciplined - you can make error in job without loosing money. But in business, every error lets you loose money

2) Sales : B2B selling is not about being salesman but helping prospects and knowing their issues

3) Team: Keep the best people in the team. 1 wrong selection can drive everyone else down

Full bio

I started my career as project / management accountant with some of the biggest Global organisation like Kuehne Nagel, P&O Nedlloyd, Maersk

With my interest in IT, I moved from functional domain to become an IT Consultant. I was certified SAP Superuser and got myself trained in Denmark. For more than 10 years I was working as SAP Consultant and implemented the system with some of the biggest organisation in Europe.

With my keen interest in starting my own, I was building TIEMCHART during evening hours and once it was ready, decided to move back to India to start TIEMCHART. India being my birth place and lot of civil and construction activities going on, I guess it was the right place to launch my business.

We served our software as enterprise solution with user base of 50-500 in one company. In 2017, we have launched our platform on SAAS (Software as a service) model for retail consumer. And hoping to take this platform Globally via SAAS model.
