VISIONARY – my goal is to move team members towards a new set of shared dreams. I communicate where a group is going, but not how it will get there. This way, team members free to innovate, and experiment. EXPERTISE – I recognize that a top-performing team is the key to attaining organizational goals. By leveraging the best in our industry and delegating tactical responsibilities to the right personnel, I have successfully executed leading-edge strategies even in the face of adversity within the industry and proficiency in developing lucrative partnerships and forming global strategic alliances. MENTORING & COACHING – I focus on developing others, showing them how to reach their goals and improve their level of performance. I foster better teamwork on the task, not about enhancing team members’ social interactions or interpersonal relationships. AFFILIATIVE – I stress importance of teamwork, connecting with others, and fostering collaboration and resolving conflict. I raise self-awareness on any of characteristics that my potentially impacts collaboration, address the impacts as soon as they surface, assess where the team is in the stage of team’s development, and knowing the status will provide greater insight into a team’s functionality. ETHICS – A great part of my success is based on the fact that I am natural relationship builder who models ethics, integrity, and transparency. Having provided leadership to geographically dispersed divisions, I have built teams that have driven bottom-line objectives. ALIGNMENT BETWEEN TECHNOLOGY AND BUSINESS STRATEGY I ensured that IT and business strategy functions are completely synchronized towards common business-oriented goal, strengthening alignment of IT and business strategies through development of workforce plan. I understand the value IT brings to the organization and how to position the technology organization to drive business growth.
