I am a benefits consultant working with Venture Capital firms and their portfolio companies.  We help design, communicate, implement, and manage their employee benefits programs.

We provide benchmarking of current and prospective programs to the Radford Survey as well as our proprietary database of over 150 venture backed technology clients.  We place importance on creative benefits plan design to ensure the highest level coverage for employees with the least cost to employers, often using HSAs.
