Frustrating = not all members of the team/investor group are working towards the same goal

Eric is the founder of Gladius Capital Group, providing transaction advisory services and interim C-level leadership for companies of $5 - $50 million, and over his career has led or advised on acquisitions or divestitures totaling nearly $12 billion. Prior to Gladius he co-founded and served as the President and CFO of FastFind.com, an online lead generation company that he successfully sold to Bankrate, Inc. Prior to that he held corporate development roles at Providian Financial Corporation, a subprime consumer lender, and USI Insurance Holdings, a middle market insurance broker roll-up. Eric earned his BA from Southern Illinois University and MBA from San Francisco State University.
