My favorite startups:

Apple, Google :-) (they were startups at some point - right :-))

What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?

Frustrating: Things always take more time and more money than originally anticipated..

Rewarding: Deep satisfaction when you see your product touches millions of people around the planet

What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs/innovators make?

Not making the tough decisions when required

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?
