What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?

Getting teams to work together and managing those teams.

What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs/innovators make?

Not understanding your strengths and weaknesses.

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

Even when you get bigger, manage the business like a start-up, lean and mean; never forget about your people/employees and what makes them happy; be sure the end mission is always clear; and get company values set-up early .
