Today's Entrepreneur is Aaron Wadler, CEO and Founder of ShopPad, which allows retailers to deliver beautiful shopping experiences to their customers on any device. ShopPad's SaaS solution solves the multi-channel problem by integrating with a retailer’s E-Commerce store. Once installed, ShopPad provides native support for smartphones, tablets and in-store kiosks.

The most rewarding is when you bring a talented group of people together who are able to produce something greater than the sum of their parts. The most frustrating is all of the dead-ends you hit on the road to get there.

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

Surround yourself with a diverse group of talented people you can depend on, trust your gut and avoid scaling prematurely.
