Today's Entrepreneur is Suchit Dash, co-founder and VP of product at Ifeelgoods.  Ifeelgoods makes online retail promotions more effective and less expensive by using relevant virtual goods and currencies from the most popular social games in place of traditional promotions such as discounts, coupon codes or gifts with purchase.

Vator’s community is the home to entrepreneurs who embrace their passion and follow their dreams. Our profiles allow members to express themselves by sharing their interests, lessons learned, as well as bits and pieces of their roller-coaster journey.

These profiles give entrepreneurs an opportunity to showcase themselves and tell their story. So if you are an entrepreneur, a serial entrepreneur, or even an aspiring entrepreneur, we'd like to hear from you.

What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?
The most rewarding thing about entrepreneurship is seeing your product being used by customers. There is something beautiful about knowing that until you did your work, nothing like it ever existed.

The most frustrating thing about entrepreneurship is not moving fast enough. Getting to the vision you see takes time and sometimes you want to just snap your fingers and have everything built.

What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs make?
Believing that someone can beat them & saying "no".

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

1. Every hour is a roller coaster - the key is learning how to manage it
2. Hiring is the #1 key to success - finding the right talent can change your trajectory
3. Creating a market or being the first in a field has it's own set of challenges that requires a visionary entrepreneur.
